Rinse and dry the strawberries completely.
Add the milk chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
Holding the strawberries at the top by the step, dip them into the chocolate, and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Do this for a total of 8 of the strawberries.
Place the white chocolate chips into a bowl that is microwave safe, and heat until completely melted.
Dip the remainder of the strawberries into the melted white chocolate, and place onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Add the Valentine’s sprinkles to the top of the white chocolate dipped strawberries.
Using the remaining white chocolate, drizzle some of it over the milk chocolate dipped strawberries.
Let the berries rest until the chocolate has set and then serve.
