Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries, yogurt, honey and vanilla to a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.

  2. Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Chill in the freezer until hardened and set.

  4. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.

  5. Let the chocolate mixture cool for a few minutes.

  6. Dip the frozen yogurt blueberry bites in the chocolate, and place back onto the parchment lined baking sheet.

  7. Chill again until the chocolate has set and then serve.
