Juicy, zesty, and bursting with Mediterranean flavors, keto souvlaki chicken skillet is an easy meal that wakes up your tastebuds.
Add the chicken and vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, rosemary, oregano and salt and pepper to taste into the bowl with the chicken and vegetables. Toss to combine well, and marinate for 2 hours or more.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, and add the mixture to the skillet.
Sear for 5-10 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium. Continue to saute until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve garnished with parsley and feta cheese, with tzatziki sauce on the side.
