Ingredients
1cupDill Pickle Chips
1Egg
2tbspHeavy Whipping Cream
1cupPork Rindscrushed
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1pinchCayenne Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Place the egg and heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat well.
Add the pork rind crumbs, garlic powder and cayenne pepper to a shallow bowl or plate, and stir to combine.
Dip the pickle chips first into the egg mixture, and then coat in the crumb mixture.
Place the coated pickle chips into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until crispy and browned.
