8Dill Pickle Spears
10Bacon Slices
1tbspBBQ Dry Rub
1/4cupKeto-Friendly BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Pat dry the pickle spears using a paper towel.
Depending on how large the pickle spears are, wrap 1-2 slices of bacon around each spear. Then, insert a toothpick to hold the end in place.
Sprinkle a small amount of bbq dry rub on each of the wrapped pickles.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (I used a wire rack, over a baking sheet).
Spread bbq sauce on each of the pickles, return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
ENJOY!
