Buffalo Cauliflower Hummus

This Buffalo cauliflower hummus is a spicy and low-carb dip that will liven up lunch or your snack time! It's perfect for parties too.

Ingredients

Hummus

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced

Optional Garnishes

  • Crumbled Bacon
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  • Roughly chop cauliflower and steam until tender. (I used a microwavable steamer).
  • Place cauliflower in a food processor with remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until you have a smooth texture. Scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Garnish with additional buffalo sauce, crumbled bacon, green onions and/or blue cheese crumbles.
