Hummus
1headCauliflower
2tbspOlive Oil
1/3cupTahini
1/4cupBuffalo Sauce
1tsp Garlicminced
Optional Garnishes
Crumbled Bacon
Chopped Green Onions
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Instructions
Roughly chop cauliflower and steam until tender. (I used a microwavable steamer).
Place cauliflower in a food processor with remaining ingredients.
Blend until you have a smooth texture. Scraping down the sides as needed.
Garnish with additional buffalo sauce, crumbled bacon, green onions and/or blue cheese crumbles.
