  • 24 ounces Tuna canned, drained
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber chopped
  • 4 Green Onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup Lightly Salterd Whole Chashews chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup Mayo

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine drained tuna with chopped ingredients.
  • Stir in 1⁄2 cup of mayo and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Add a dash of salt & pepper, stir well.
  • Garnish with additional fresh basil, if desired.
