8ouncesCubed Ham
10ounces Bag Coleslaw Mix or shredded cabbage
2Roma Tomatoes diced
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
1medium Zucchini chopped
1/3cupMayonnaise
1/3cupSour Cream
1tbspLemon Juice
1tspDijon Mustard
Instructions
Add the coleslaw, ham, tomatoes, zucchini, and most of the green onions to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing mixture into the large mixing bowl, and toss to coat and combine well.
Serve immediately garnished with the remaining green onions, or chill before serving if desired.
