Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cubed Ham
  • 10 ounces Bag Coleslaw Mix or shredded cabbage
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 medium Zucchini chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Add the coleslaw, ham, tomatoes, zucchini, and most of the green onions to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing mixture into the large mixing bowl, and toss to coat and combine well.
  • Serve immediately garnished with the remaining green onions, or chill before serving if desired.
