6Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
1/3cupFresh Blueberries
6ouncesCream Cheese
2tbspPlain Greek Yogurt
1tspVanilla Extract
2tbspButtermelted
3tbspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well greased pan or rack.
Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
Dust with more Swerve before serving.
