Crispy Keto Blueberry Cream Cheese Roll-Ups Recipe
Here are the ingredients to make these tasty keto crispy blueberry cream cheese roll ups. The exact measurements and instructions are in the printable recipe card, just a little below.

Cook Time: 8-10 minutes

Ingredients
- Zero carb small keto tortillas
- Fresh blueberries
- Cream cheese
- Plain Greek yogurt
- Vanilla extract
- Butter melted
- Swerve confectioners sugar substitute + additional for dusting
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well greased pan or rack. Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside. Dust with more Swerve before serving.

- 6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
- 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.

Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
