Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower cut in florets
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Wing or Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, ranch seasoning, paprika, heavy whipping cream, egg and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine well. Add a little bit of water as needed until the mixture is the consistency of thick pancake mix.
  • Place the florets into the bowl and toss to coat in the batter.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place in a large bowl.
  • Pour the hot sauce over the top of the cauliflower and gently toss to coat.
  • Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream or ranch for dipping.
