6Zero Carb Street Taco Tortillas
6ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/3cupNatural Peanut Butter
1/3cupKeto Chocolate Chips
2tbspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1/2tspBanana Extract
Instructions
Blend together the cream cheese, peanut butter, Swerve and banana extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
Layer the rollups on a baking sheet, and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Add the rollups to the basket of an air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees until browned and crispy.
