Ingredients

  • 6 Zero Carb Street Taco Tortillas
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Keto Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Banana Extract

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese, peanut butter, Swerve and banana extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Place a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
  • Layer the rollups on a baking sheet, and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Add the rollups to the basket of an air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees until browned and crispy.
