12Dill Pickleswhole
12ouncesCanned Chickendrained
1Celery Stalk chopped
1Green Onion chopped
1/4cupMayo
1tbspLow carb sweet relish
2tspDijon Mustard
1 1/2tbspFresh Dil
1tbspLemon Juice
Instructions
Open and drain the canned chicken.
In a bowl, stir together chicken, mayo, relish and dijon mustard.
Add celery, onion, fresh dill and lemon juice. Mix well. Set aside.
Slice the pickles in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the center of the pickle to create a boat.
Spoon desired amount of the chicken salad into each of the pickle boats.
Garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
