1head Cauliflower cut into florets
1cupClamato The Original
1cupDiced tomato
1dicedSerrano Pepper or jalapenos remove seeds for less of a kick
½cupDiced white onion
½cupReaLime
½cupReaLemon
1tbspCilantro
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
1½ tspCayenne pepper
2Avocados
6Taco shells or soft tortillas Salt
Instructions
In a large pot, boil salted water on high. Boil cauliflower for 3-4 minutes

Chop cauliflower into florets
In a bowl add tomato, onion, Serrano pepper, cilantro, lemon, and lime juice,worchestersire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Place in the fridge to marinate for 15-20 minutes
Toss in cauliflower and mix well. Season with salt and pepper
Serve on taco shells and top with more cilantro, avocado, and queso fresco! All these ingredients can easily be found at Walmart!
