Easy Cookie Eclair
These easy eclair cookies are the perfect treat to bring to any party! A delicious creamy filling, with a chocolate topping and a fresh cherry on top!
Ingredients
- 1 Box favorite vanilla wafers
- 1 Pkg Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Melting chocolate
- 30-40 Cherries
Instructions
- Make your pudding according to instructions.
- Add a layer of pudding mixture to one cookie and set aside.
- Dip a cookie into the chocolate and place on top.
- Top with cherry and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
Notes
Optional: add 4 oz of softened cream cheese to pudding mix for a thicker, richer mixture.
