  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 cup sugar free whipped cream topping

Optional Toppings:

  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • On the stove, combine all ingredients and begin to cook over low heat.
  • Continue to whisk until mixture thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and pour into cups.
  • Top with additional whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
