Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the mozzarella cheese and 2 oz cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheeses are melted and combined into a dough.
Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the almond flour, egg, 2 Tbsp sugar substitute, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat on high until well combined.
Wet your hands slightly and place the dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Smooth the dough out into a circular pizza crust shape with your hands until it is a thickness you desire.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the crust cool to room temperature.
Mix together the ingredients for the icing until smooth.
Place a layer of the icing onto the top of the crust, leaving some empty crust space around the edges if desired.
Decorate the top of your pizza with the fruit and serve.
