This easy keto fruit pizza recipe is made with a rich cream cheese frosting. It’s so easy that kids can make it and it’s the perfect thing to serve at parties too.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

Summer Dessert Fruit Pizza

This dessert fruit pizza is the perfect summer treat. It does require a little bit of baking, but not much! The entire pizza will be ready in less than 30 minutes.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

Summertime is when fresh fruit ripes on the trees and vines. You’ll see farmer’s markets with fresh fruit popping up all over the place. This recipe is the best way to use those fresh berries.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

Plus, it’s surprisingly low in carbs too! So you can make a pizza for yourself and one for your family and you can all enjoy it together.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

Berries are actually low in carbs – that’s why I enjoy using them in my keto dessert recipes. I’ve used them before in keto cheesecake salad and triple berry trifle.

When you are really in the mood for fruit, my no-bake keto blueberry cheesecake will hit the spot! It’s a rich and filling dessert that’s also high in healthy fats.

Fat Head Dough Recipe Ideas

I love using fathead dough in my low-carb baking. It’s basically a combination of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and almond flour. For this crust, I used a few additional ingredients so that it would have more flavor and the texture of a pie crust.

I’ve used fathead dough to make all sorts of things, from the sweet eggnog french toast to my savory pizza crust. It’s pretty impressive how versatile fat head dough is.

Fruit Pizza With Cream Cheese Icing

When you are trying to get your kids to eat healthier, make this dessert pizza with them. It’s really easy and fun to make your kiddos.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

I love cooking with my kids. I always try to pick recipes that require minimal (or no) baking. Some of my favorite kid-friendly recipes include no-bake keto peanut butter cookies and no-bake keto peanut butter bars.

How To Make Fruit Pizza Dough

The dough should have a flavor that compliments the fruit and cream cheese icing. That’s why I added vanilla extract, Swerve sweetener, and cinnamon to the dough.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

This crust only needs to bake for 20 minutes. It’s a really quick and easy crust! You can make a few crusts ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator, and then pull them out and make your fruit pizza when you are ready.

How To Store Fruit Pizza

Since this has cream cheese icing on it, this pizza tastes the best when it is fresh. You can store it covered or in pieces in a sealed container in the refrigerator. It will last about 3 days in the refrigerator.

Easy Keto Fruit Pizza

The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the softer the crust will become. I suggest eating it as soon as you make it.
