3 avocadosripe with the pit removed
1/2red onionchopped
1Roma tomato chopped
1Jalapeno Pepper deseeded and finely chopped
1tspMinced Garlic
2tbspLime Juicefrom a fresh lime
1/4cupcilantrochopped
Instructions
Remove the avocados from their skins and place into a food processor with the juice from half of a lime. Pulse until mashed and still a little chunky.
Add the mashed avocado to a mixing bowl. Place the other ingredients into the bowl, and stir to combine well.
Serve with your choice of favorite keto items for dipping.
