Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 can Palmini Noodles rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef, onion and peppers to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned, and the vegetables have softened.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir together the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, Swerve, oyster sauce, minced garlic and ginger paste in a bowl.
  • Place the palmini noodles into the skillet with the ground beef mixture.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and stir to combine.
  • Continue to saute for 5 minutes before serving.
