1/2Onion chopped
1/2Red Bell Pepper sliced
1/2Orange Bell Pepper sliced

1canPalmini Noodlesrinsed and drained

2tspMinced Garlic
1tbspOyster Sauce
2tspGinger Paste

Instructions
Add the ground beef, onion and peppers to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned, and the vegetables have softened.
Drain any excess grease.
Stir together the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, Swerve, oyster sauce, minced garlic and ginger paste in a bowl.
Place the palmini noodles into the skillet with the ground beef mixture.
Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and stir to combine.
Continue to saute for 5 minutes before serving.
