Ingredients
1/2pound shrimp
1bagspaghetti-style Shirataki Noodles
1tbspolive oil
1/3cupmushrooms
1cupshredded cabbage *Napa is what I used but any variety will work!
1/2cupthinly sliced scallions
2cloves of garlic or garlic powder
Sauce
1/4cup1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1tspsesame oil
1tspgarlic powder
2tbspunseasoned rice wine vinegar
1tbspGranulated sugar substitute
1/2tsplow carb hoisin sauceadjust accordingly.
Optional
1/2tspred pepper flakes
Instructions
Add shrimp and soy sauce to a bowl and marinate while making your sauce.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce and stir. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan and cook shrimp. Remove shrimp from heat and set aside.
In the same pan cook mushroom until brown or soft.
Remove mushrooms and add garlic, scallions, and cabbage. Cook until wilted and remove from heat.
Add noodles and toss.
Top noodles with mushrooms, shrimp and sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes
Garnish Keto Shrimp Lo Mein with toasted sesame seeds or drizzle with more soy sauce or hot sauce!
