Garlic Bacon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Hearts of Palm Pasta 14 ounces each, linguine or spaghetti
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Open and drain the cans of pasta. Rinse well.
  • Cut bacon into small pieces.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and drain excess oil.
  • Add olive oil to the skillet, along with minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add bacon, as well as hearts of palm pasta. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until pasta is heated.
  • Remove from heat and to garnish with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley.
