Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 stick butterĀ 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup stevia or monkfruit
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup strawberries

Optional

  • Lily's Dark Chocolate or any sugar free chocolate

Instructions

  • Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
  • Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, strawberries and coconut oil.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
  • Place in freezer for one hour. Pop out of molds.
  • Melt chocolate down and drizzle over fat bombs.
  • Freeze again for 10 minutes.

Notes

Fat Bombs will melt at room temperature.
