2Zero Carb Soft Taco Tortillas
2tbspRao's Alfredo Sauce
1 1/2cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
3tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
1tbspMelted Butter
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1tbspFresh Chopped Parsley
Instructions
Place one tortilla into the bottom of the air fryer tray.
Brush with the alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle with ½ of the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Top with another tortilla.
Mix together the butter and garlic powder.
Brush the garlic butter over the top of the tortilla.
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. You can flip the tortilla over once the cheese on the top is crispy to further toast the bottom if desired.
Slice the tortilla into breadsticks and serve garnished with the chopped parsley.
