These keto alfredo breadsticks taste like something you’d get at an Italian restaurant! With real alfredo sauce, they’re the ultimate side.

Alfredo Breadsticks
These low-carb alfredo breadsticks are the ultimate last-minute snack, lunch, or side dish. They taste like a combination of my Keto Copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks and my Roasted garlic alfredo sauce.

But instead of making all of that homemade, I used premade ingredients. It tastes just as good but saves a lot of time.
Don’t forget to sprinkle them with fresh parsley. They will look extra fancy (and taste better, too).
Keto Cheesy Breadsticks
These simple breadsticks are literally ready in 10 minutes. That’s from start to finish.

All you do is add the ingredients to one of your tortillas, top it with another tortilla, and add more toppings. Then, air fry the breadsticks for about 8 minutes.
Yes, that’s all there is to it! No mixing, no bread pan, and no baking. This is the easiest way to make breadsticks.
If you’re looking for a homemade breadsticks recipe, I suggest trying my Keto Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks recipe. They taste just like these alfredo breadsticks, but the bread part is homemade.
Cheesy Breadsticks Recipe
What’s better than regular breadsticks? Breadsticks that are covered in tons of cheese and alfredo sauce!

They are so scrumptious, so utterly cheesy, that you’ll make them all the time. Thankfully, they’re so easy to make that you won’t mind.
The best thing about them (other than the flavor) is that you don’t have to cook the bread from scratch! Just air fry some cheese-covered tortillas!
What are the best kind of low-carb tortillas? I prefer Mission brand soft taco tortillas.
They are easy to find at any grocery store and come in a bunch of different flavors.
What To Eat With Breadsticks
What do you like to eat with breadsticks? I love to eat breadsticks with a saucy pasta.

Serve them with some keto creamy honey mustard chicken thighs. And the alfredo sauce in the breadsticks are perfect with this lasagna in a bowl, too.
They will also taste good with pizza, too! For a quick lunch, make some keto cottage cheese pizza muffins. Or serve them for dinner with a slice of keto cottage cheese flatbread pizza.
How to Store Breadsticks
Since these breadsticks are topped with alfredo sauce and real cheese, you need to store them in the refrigerator.

Put your leftover breadsticks in an airtight food storage container or resealable bag. It’s best to eat them within three days.
For the best results, reheat your breadsticks in the air fryer again. This way they will stay deliciously crispy!
