Preheat the air fryer to 250 degrees.
Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl, and sprinkle with the baking powder.
Drizzle with the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Layer the wings on the air fryer tray or a well greased pan, and place into the air fryer.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Raise the temperature to 425, and cook the wings for another 20-25 minutes until browned, crispy and cooked through. Flip the wings over halfway through this cooking time.
While the wings are in the air fryer, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add in the parmesan cheese, and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and keep warm.
When the wings are done, toss them in the alfredo sauce and serve.
