Keto Air Fryer Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Wings

  • 1 pound Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 250 degrees.
  • Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl, and sprinkle with the baking powder.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer the wings on the air fryer tray or a well greased pan, and place into the air fryer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Raise the temperature to 425, and cook the wings for another 20-25 minutes until browned, crispy and cooked through. Flip the wings over halfway through this cooking time.
  • While the wings are in the air fryer, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  • Stir in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Add in the parmesan cheese, and stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and keep warm.
  • When the wings are done, toss them in the alfredo sauce and serve.
