2Thick Cut Boneless Pork Chops
1tbspOlive Oil
1tspPaprika
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
3ouncesCream Cheese softened
1cupMonterey Jack Shredded Cheese
1cupSteamed Broccoli Floretschopped
Instructions
Drizzle the pork chops with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the pork chops with the paprika, half of the garlic powder and half of the onion powder.
Slice a pocket in the side of each pork chop, being careful not to slice all of the way through.
In a bowl, stir together the monterey jack cheese, cream cheese, broccoli, the remaining onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff each pork chop with the filling, and place into the tray or basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked completely through.
