Broccoli Stuffed Pork Chops
I’ve made stuffed peppers and even stuffed chicken breast, but I haven’t made a stuffed pork chop yet. Turns out, pork chops taste so much better when you stuff them full of cheese and veggies!
I made this recipe basic on purpose – so that you can make it taste exactly how you want it to taste. There is a lot of room for you to change things around.
The pork chops are spiced with paprika, garlic, and onion. So if you want the pork chops to be spicier, add some red pepper flakes. And if you want to enhance the flavors even more add more salt.
Cheesy Stuffed Pork Chops
Honestly, everything is better with a lot of cheese! I stuffed the pork chops with both Monterey Jack shredded cheese and cream cheese.
The result is a really rich and creamy filling. Changing the type of cheese you use is the easiest way to customize this recipe.
Use ricotta cheese instead of cream cheese. Or add some spice by shredding Pepper Jack cheese.
Browse the exotic cheese section of the grocery store and pick up some horseradish cheese and shred that instead. It will really give the pork chops a wonderful kick!
Easy Air Fryer Recipes
Using the air fryer is the easiest way to cook pork chops. Remember to use an instant-read food thermometer to make sure they are fully cooked before you serve them.
Pork chops should be cooked until they reach an internal temperature of 145F. There are a lot of other things you can make in the air fryer, too!
It’s one of my favorite kitchen tools. You can make keto air fryer Mongolian beef for dinner or a batch of keto air fryer alfredo wings is perfect for parties.
For dessert make some keto air fryer cinnamon sugar twists. And for breakfast you can’t go wrong with some keto air fryer Scotch eggs.
What To Eat With Pork Chops
These air fryer pork chops will make the tastiest dinner you’ve ever made! Add some cheesy cauliflower bread sticks to the side, along with some bacon and broccoli salad.
Try them with a copycat Olive Garden salad, and if you’d like something sweeter, make the cucumber and strawberry salad.
Pork Chops Meal Prep
These pork chops will reheat really well so you can eat them later on in the week. Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
The pork chops will stay fresh for up to three days.
