4Boneless Pork Chops
2tbspOlive Oil
1 1/2cupsCrushed Pork Rind Crumbs
1tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2cupParmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
Drizzle the olive oil over the pork chops, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into a Ziploc bag, close and shake to combine.
Add the pork chops to the Ziploc one at a time, close the bag and shake to coat well.
Layer the pork chops in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping over after 6 minutes.
