Keto Air Fryer Shake and Bake Pork Chops

These keto shake and bake pork chops have a crispy coating that locks in the delicious juices. Air fryer pork chops are ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Crushed Pork Rind Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Drizzle the olive oil over the pork chops, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into a Ziploc bag, close and shake to combine.
  • Add the pork chops to the Ziploc one at a time, close the bag and shake to coat well.
  • Layer the pork chops in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping over after 6 minutes.
