Shake and bake is a combination of spices and ingredients that you can easily add to meat. When you bake the coated meat, it has a crispy outside and juicy, flavorful inside.
Traditional Shake and Bake is made with flour, breadcrumbs, and spices. Then, you just add it to a bag, add the meat to the bag, and shake it until it’s coated. It’s so easy!
To make keto shake and bake, you only need three simple ingredients. All you need is crushed pork rinds, Italian seasoning, and shredded parmesan cheese.
That’s it! This combination of ingredients effectively covers the meat and adds plenty of flavor to it, too.
Air Fryer Pork Chops
Cooking pork chops in the air fryer is one of the easiest and healthiest ones to do it. You don’t have to clean up a skillet or deal with the mess of a deep fryer.
The air fryer also has a knack for cooking meat without drying it out. When you bake pork chops in the air fryer, I suggest using thin-cut boneless pork chops.
They will cook faster and won’t dry out as much. You should also cook the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145F and let them rest for three minutes for cutting into them.

What is your favorite way to season pork chops? Be creative and think outside of my recipe card. To keep the pork chops recipe easy, I used jarred Italian seasoning.
You could choose to create your own blend of Italian spices. Add a bit of parsley, basil, thyme, and oregano. For a bolder flavor, add some garlic powder. To give it some heat, add red pepper flakes.
Or, season them with a completely different combination of spices. Use jarred Creole seasoning, or combine turmeric, paprika, and cumin. If you create another spice blend, I’d like to hear. Please let me know!
What To Eat With Pork Chops
These air fryer pork chops will make the tastiest dinner you’ve ever made! Add some cheesy cauliflower bread sticks to the side, along with some bacon and broccoli salad.
Add some roasted asparagus and keto garlic knots to the table. If that’s not enough, make the copycat Olive Garden salad, and if you’d like something sweeter, make the cucumber and strawberry salad.
How To Store Pork Chops
Chop up the pork chops and add them to your favorite chopped salad. Or, serve the leftover pork chops and cream sauce on top of cauliflower rice or cauliflower mash.
This will also taste really delicious in a lettuce wrap. Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
The pork chops will stay fresh for up to three days.

Place the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into a Ziploc bag, close and shake to combine.
Add the pork chops to the Ziploc one at a time, close the bag and shake to coat well.
Layer the pork chops in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping over after 6 minutes.
