Ingredients
1 1/2cupsUnsweetened coconut flakes
1/2cupCoconut Oilmelted
2tspCoconut Oil
1cupKeto Chocolate Chips
20Whole Almonds
Instructions
Place the coconut flakes into a mixing bowl, and add the melted coconut oil a little at a time, stirring completely to combine until the mixture holds together.
Form the mixture into 10 evenly sized clusters, and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Press two almonds into the top of each cluster.
Place the tray into the freezer for at least 3 hours until the clusters harden.
Add the chocolate chips and 2 tsp coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until well combined and smooth.
Dip the clusters into the chocolate, and place back onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Freeze the clusters again until the chocolate has set.
