1 2/3cupsAlmond Flour
1/3cupSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
3tspBaking Powder
1tspCinnamon
6tbspCold Buttergrated
1 1/2cupsFinely chopped and peeled Zucchini
1/2cupAlmond Milk
Sugar-Free Glaze
1cupSwerve Powdered Sugar Substitute

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the zucchini, Swerve brown sugar substitute and cinnamon to a bowl, and toss to combine well.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder and cold grated butter. Beat until combined into a crumbly mixture.
Add in the milk and zucchini mixture, and stir to combine well.
Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes until browned on the bottom and cooked through.
Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
Whisk together the glaze ingredients, dip the cookies in the glaze and allow it to set before serving.
