Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts sliced thinly
  • 12 ounces Green Beans raw, whole, with ends trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil divided
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili Garlic Paste

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and saute until browned and cooked through. Remove, and set aside.
  • Place the remaining 2 tbsp oil into the skillet, and saute the green beans until seared and tender.
  • In a bowl, mix together the broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar substitute and chili garlic paste.
  • Add the chicken back to the skillet along with the garlic. Saute together for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and toss to coat the ingredients well.
  • Simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
