1 1/2pounds Boneless Pork Tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
2tbspWater
4tbspSoy Sauce
2tbspRice Vinegar
2tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1tspChili Garlic Sauce
2tspGinger Paste
4tspMinced Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Sesame Seeds and Green Onions for garnish
Instructions
Whisk together the water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Swerve, chili garlic sauce, ginger paste, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Reserve ⅓ of the marinade.
Add the pork to the bowl, and toss to coat well in the marinade.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Remove the pork from the marinade, and add to the heated skillet. Saute until cooked through.
Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
