Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Burritos

These keto bacon cheeseburger burritos are portable, easy to take with you, and easy to freeze. Each one has only 5 grams net carbs!

Ingredients

  • 4 large Keto Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crispy
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 Tomato sliced thinly and halved
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until completely browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour in the broth, and simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  • Layer a piece of bacon, some lettuce, two slices of tomatoes and some dill pickles in the center of each tortilla.
  • Break each piece of cheese in half, and place on top of the ingredients on the tortilla.
  • Place some of the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the edges of the tortillas, and roll them closed over the filling to serve.
