Ingredients

  • 1 medium Head of Cabbage
  • 10 slices Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Core the cabbage, and slice it into 10 small wedges.
  • Wrap each wedge of cabbage in a piece of bacon, and secure closed with a toothpick if desired.
  • Drizzle the bacon wrapped cabbage wedges in olive oil, and then season with the paprika, garlic powder, basil, Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
