Ingredients

Burger

  • 4 Keto Hamburger Buns
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Cheese we used Gouda

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

  • 4 Jalapeno Peppers sliced in half lengthwise and deseeded
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 8 slices Bacon

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese and green onions until well combined.
  • Fill the jalapeno pepper halves with the mixture.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each jalapeno popper.
  • Place the poppers on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  • While the poppers are baking, add the ground beef, cumin, chili powder, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste to a bowl. Knead to combine well.
  • Form the mixture into four evenly sized patties, and cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until done to your liking.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each patty at the end of the cook time to allow it to melt.
  • Place one burger on each bun, and top with two of the jalapeno poppers to serve.
