  • Wooden skewers
  • Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices Bacon cut into thirds
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Add the shrimp to a mixing bowl with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Swerve and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.
  • Wrap a piece of the sliced bacon around each shrimp, and place the wrapped shrimp onto wooden skewers.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer tray or rack with the skewers.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
  • Brush the skewers with the bbq sauce, and place back into the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
