Ingredients

Bagel Filling

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

Bagel Dough

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Large Egg
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and blended.
  • Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl with the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt and an egg. Beat on high until a smooth dough forms.
  • Cut the remaining cream cheese into 8 half ounce cubes, and press some of the chopped green onions into the top of each out.
  • Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 8 even sized balls.
  • Flatten the balls of dough with your hand, and press a cube of cream cheese with green onions into the center of each one.
  • Fold the dough up around the cream cheese.
  • Top the bagel bites with the Everything seasoning and then bake for 15 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
