Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Avocados
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon Pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Slice the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits. Use a spoon to scoop out a little of the flesh surrounding the hole where the pit was on each avocado half, making room for the egg.
  • Place the avocado halves into an oven-proof skillet.
  • Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove, and sprinkle with Everything bagel seasoning, chives and bacon before serving.
