1/3cupPesto Sauce
1/3cupMayonnaise
1/3cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1cupCherry Tomatoeshalved
2cupsMozzarella Cheeseshredded
1/2cupParmesan Cheese grated
Fresh Basilfor garnish
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together the chicken, photo, mayonnaise, yogurt, ½ of the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture into a casserole dish.
Top with the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
