Ingredients

  • 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the chicken until cooked through and browned on both sides.
  • Reduce the heat to low, and pour out the excess grease.
  • Stir together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sugar free honey and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  • Pour the bang bang sauce into the skillet, return the chicken, and toss to coat in the sauce before serving.
