Ingredients
1¼ flank steak
⅛tsp salt and pepper
½tspsesame oil
3½cups broccoli
1tbspavocado oil
1tsp Xanthan gum
Sauce
2cloves of minced garlic
½tspground ginger
¼cupcoconut aminos or soy sauce
½cup beef broth
1-2tspmonk fruit sweetener
1tspsesame oil
Instructions
In a small bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.Microwave broccoli with 1/4 cup of water for 3 minutes. Set aside
Season beef with salt and pepper and 1/2 of sesame oil.In a large skillet on high heat, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add broccoli back to the pan.
Pour sauce and xanthan gum over beef and broccoli. Stir to combine beef and broccoli with sauce and simmer until it thickens.
