1/4cupSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1/4cupSoy Sauce

3tspMinced Garlic

Bulgogi
1 1/2poundsRibeye Steak
1/2Onion chopped
1/4cupGreen OnionsChopped
1/3cupMatchstick Carrots

Instructions
Rub the steak strips with the brown sugar substitute, and allow to sit for 1-2 hours.
Mix the remaining marinade ingredients into a bowl, and pour over the meat. Toss to combine. Marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to overnight.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add in the steak and marinade. Saute until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Mix in the onions and carrots, and saute until the liquid is absorbed and vegetables have softened.
Stir in the green onion.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
