Ingredients

Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Finely Chopped Dill Pickles `
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • Pinch Paprika
  • Pinch Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard

Patties

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Pickle Slices

Instructions

  • Stir together the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix together the patty ingredients, and form them into 8 evenly sized patties.
  • Place the patties into a well greased muffin tin.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked to your liking.
  • Top each patty with a fourth of a piece of American cheese, Big Mac sauce, shredded lettuce and pickle slices before serving.
