These small keto Big Mac bites are tasty appetizers or the perfect keto-friendly lunch. The best thing about them is the keto Big Mac sauce.
Keto Big Mac
You can finally give into your cravings! These mini keto Big Mac bites taste just like the popular fast food burger. This recipe makes eight mini burgers with all your favorite toppings – even a keto version of Big Mac sauce.

If you struggle with portion control, then this is the recipe for you. It’s really easy to control how much you eat when the burgers are so small – and yet also so filling!
They are also the perfect things to add to your weekly meal prep. The little burgers store really well and then all you have to do is heat them up and add the toppings.
Big Mac Bites
The easiest way to make mini burgers is to bake them in a muffin tin. This will make them all the same exact size so that they all bake at the same rate.
The burger bites should be fully baked after about 15 minutes at 400F. Even so, it’s always a good idea to check the internal temperature of the beef. Ground beef should be cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
Keto Burgers
This recipe will teach you how to make the burgers in the oven, but you can also make them in the air fryer, too. If your muffin tin fits in the air fryer basket, use it. If it doesn’t, then I suggest using a food scale so that each burger is the same exact size. Try to make each burger patty about 2 ounces.
Then, cook them in the air fryer at 400F for about 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. Remove them when they reach an internal temperature of 160F.
What To Eat With Burgers
My keto big mac salad was such a huge hit that I knew I wanted to make small Big Mac sliders – and this is the tastiest copycat I’ve ever made!
Serve these little burger bites for lunch, dinner, or as the main thing at your next party. If you want a hamburger bun instead, I suggest making some keto dinner rolls and cutting them in half.
You can also wrap the keto sliders in pieces of lettuce or serve these burgers on some homemade keto Hawaiian rolls.
On the side, you just can’t go wrong with some keto greek cucumber salad, Keto guacamole deviled eggs, or some Keto fried pickles with cheese. Then, serve it all with a cold glass of sugar-free sweet tea!
Burger Meal Prep
If you want to add these sliders to your meal prep, I suggest storing the burgers separately from the sauce and toppings. This will help the toppings and burger taste the best.
Store everything in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Then, reheat the burgers in the microwave or air fryer.
