2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2poundLean Ground Beef
1/4tspOnion Powder
1/4tspGarlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
16Dill Pickle Chips
1cupShredded Lettuce
Keto Big Mac Sauce
2tbspMayonnaise
1tspFinely Chopped Dill Pickles
1/4tspOnion Powder
1pinch Garlic Powder
1pinchPaprika
2tspSugar-Free Ketchup
1/4tspSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1/4tspWhite Vinegar

Instructions
Blend together all of the ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl, and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until browned completely. Drain any excess fat.
Season the beef with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the cheddar cheese into 8 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving some room between each one.
Sprinkle some of the meat over the cheese circles.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are beginning to brown and turn crispy.
Remove the cheese crisps from the oven, and allow them to cool completely.
Top the cheese crisps with the shredded lettuce and two dill pickle chips each.
Drizzle with the big mac sauce and serve.
