Ingredients

Cheese Crisps

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 16 Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce

Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 pinch Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard

Instructions

  • Blend together all of the ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl, and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until browned completely. Drain any excess fat.
  • Season the beef with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Arrange the cheddar cheese into 8 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving some room between each one.
  • Sprinkle some of the meat over the cheese circles.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are beginning to brown and turn crispy.
  • Remove the cheese crisps from the oven, and allow them to cool completely.
  • Top the cheese crisps with the shredded lettuce and two dill pickle chips each.
  • Drizzle with the big mac sauce and serve.
