Crispy, crunchy, and piled high with toppings! Keto Big Mac cheese crisps are bite-sized and topped with low-carb Big Mac sauce.
Big Mac Cheese Crisps
We all get those cravings while on the keto diet. Even if we never ate fast food before keto, all of a sudden, a Big Mac just sounds so good.
I’ve been there and it’s the reason I created these crispy cheese crackers. The Big Mac cheese crisps are topped with ground beef, pickles, shredded lettuce, and the tastiest low-carb Big Mac sauce you’ve ever tasted.
And if your craving is really loud, then you’ll be happy to know that the cheese crisps are ready to eat in 25 minutes! If you live with anyone else, I suggest doubling the recipe.
This recipe only makes 8 cheese crisps. And with 2 grams net carbs in each one, you’ll want to save as many of them as you can for yourself.
Keto Big Mac Snack
There are a lot of different ways to make the cheese crisps, so have fun making them taste just how you want them to. I crumbled the cooked ground beef but if you wanted, you could make tiny hamburger patties for each cheese cracker.
The only problem with tiny patties is that they are tough to keep flat, so they end up more like a meatball.
The most fun ingredient to change is the pickle. If you like heat, then use some spicy pickle chips!
The only variety of pickles that you should avoid are the sweetened bread and butter pickles.
Keto Big Mac Sauce
Save this recipe so that you always have the recipe for the keto Big Mac sauce. You won’t be able to tell a difference between this and the real thing!
It’s an incredible combination of mayo, pickles, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and a few other ingredients. Use this sauce on other things, too.
It’s a delicious burger sauce, veggie dip, or sauce for chicken wings. I like to make a big batch of it and store it in the refrigerator.
If you do that, then keep it in an airtight, spill-proof container in the fridge for up to a week.
Cheesy Appetizers
This is one of the best appetizers to serve at parties. Guests love the variety of toppings and the sauce is perfectly spiced.
Serve the Big Mac cheese crisps with some of my other favorite appetizers. And if you love cheese, then you’ll love these recipes!
Start out with a super-cheese Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip. You can even use the cheese crisps as dippers!
Then move to a dairy-free Low-Carb Cranberry and Walnut Goat Cheese Balls recipe. They are so much fun to eat.
For some heat, make some Keto Ham and Cheese Jalapeno Cream Cheese Roll Ups. Or if you prefer mild flavors, Keto Ranch Cream Cheese Chicken and Veggies Roll Ups are perfect.
Big Mac Appetizer
These Big Mac cheese crisps are a delicious appetizer – and the perfect size, too. But they’re a bit messy.
If you’re going to serve them at a party, there are a few ways to get around the mess.
First, you could set out the toppings and let the guests build their own cheese crisps. This way, they control how full or messy they are.
Next, you could use deli ham slices cut to the shape of the cheese crisps instead of ground beef. This will help everything stick to the cheese crisps so much better.
