Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1/3 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Big Mac Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Place the meat in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, and saute until browned. Drain the excess grease.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Set the meat aside to cool a bit.
  • Add the lettuce to a large serving bowl.
  • Top with the tomato, pickle, red onion, cheddar cheese and meat.
  • In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar free ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
