1cupCherry Tomatoes halved or cut into fourths
1/2cupBacon Pieces
1cupBaby Fresh Arugula
2tbspOlive Oil
1tbspApple Cider Vinegar
1tspMinced Garlic
1/2tspItalian Seasoning
Instructions
Add the zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, bacon and arugula to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing mixture over the salad, and toss to combine before serving.
