Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Zucchini Noodles
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved or cut into fourths
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Pieces
  • 1 cup Baby Fresh Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Add the zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, bacon and arugula to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the salad, and toss to combine before serving.
